• Floor and elevator access. A high floor with a slow or shared service elevator takes longer than ground-floor or dedicated freight elevator access.

• Packing scope. Full packing with materials included costs more than moving boxes you’ve already packed yourself.
• Furniture assembly. Flat-pack wardrobes or beds that need disassembly and reassembly add labour time.
