Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website, such as "from AED 800", are indicative starting points only. Your actual price is confirmed in writing after a free survey and depends on the size of your move, distance, access and services required. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by us and accepted by you.
Bookings
A move is confirmed once we have agreed a written price and a date with you. Please give us accurate information about your move so your quote is correct. Additional items or services not disclosed before the move may affect the final arrangements.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about the items and access at both locations
- Arrange any building or community permissions where we cannot do so on your behalf
- Keep valuables, documents and essential items with you
Insurance and liability
Our moves include transit insurance as described in your written quote. Any claim should be reported to us promptly. Our liability is limited to the terms set out in your written quote and applicable UAE law.
