We don’t fly pets ourselves, flights, IATA-compliant crates, health certificates and MOCCAE permits are the work of a licensed pet relocation specialist. For moves within the UAE you usually don’t need one at all, your pet travels with you. When you do need a specialist, for international export or import, we coordinate regularly: tell us their collection or delivery date at survey and we’ll sequence your household move around it so your animal isn’t leaving from, or arriving to, a house being packed or unpacked around them.

We agree a loading window and suggest the dog is out on a walk or with a family member during the noisiest part, brief the crew on gates and doors before they start, and pack the bed and crate last so they’re set up first at the new house.

Look for IPATA membership, demonstrable MOCCAE export experience, IATA-compliant travel crates and transparent door-to-door pricing, and ask specifically who handles the paperwork and who handles the animal on the day, since those are sometimes different companies.
