What a moving company can and cannot do for your pet
There are two quite separate services that both get called pet relocation in Dubai, and confusing them wastes everybody’s time. The first is animal transport: flights, IATA-compliant travel crates, vaccinations, health certificates, MOCCAE export and import permits. That is the work of a licensed pet relocation specialist, and if you are taking a pet out of or into the country, you need one. We are not one, and we will tell you so rather than take the booking.
The second is what we actually do, and for moves inside the UAE it is usually the only thing needed: planning the household move around the animal. Nobody flies a dog from Jumeirah to JVC. For the journey itself within the UAE, most families simply take the animal in their own car, which is almost always calmer than any alternative. Is there anything you will not do?
