Short answer

TV wall mounting in Dubai, in brief

We check the wall type first, concrete, hollow block or plasterboard, then fit a bracket suited to that wall and to your TV, mount it level at the height you want, and tidy the cables. Quoted per job after you send photos and a few details, with the price confirmed in writing before anyone visits. Bracket supply and cable concealment are confirmed at quote stage rather than assumed either way.

What's covered

What a TV mounting job includes

Exact scope is confirmed in writing once we know your TV, wall and preferences, and it never changes once agreed.

  • Wall type assessment before any drilling
  • Fixings appropriate to that wall type
  • TV mounted level, at the height and position you choose
  • Advice on a suitable bracket if you don't already have one
  • Cable arrangement discussed and agreed at quote stage
  • One fixed price confirmed in writing before booking

We know Dubai's walls

Dubai homes mix gypsum partitions, block walls and concrete, and each needs a different fixing to hold a TV safely. We check the wall type before drilling and use anchors suited to it, and in towers we work within building rules on drilling hours.

TV size

Screen size and weight

Tell us the screen size in inches, and whether it's a standard flat panel or a heavier older or curved model. A 32-inch bedroom TV and a 75-inch living room panel need different brackets and, on lighter walls, different anchors, so this is one of the first things we ask about.

Bracket compatibility

Matching the bracket to your TV and wall

The VESA mounting pattern, the spacing of the mounting holes on the back of the TV, varies by model. If you already own a bracket, tell us the type, fixed, tilting or full-motion, and we'll check it suits both your TV and the wall before fitting it. If you don't have one yet, we can advise on what's suitable for your screen size and viewing position, with supply confirmed as part of your quote rather than assumed.

Wall assessment

What's behind the wall matters

Mounting is where DIY TV jobs most often go wrong in Dubai apartments, and the reason is wall construction. A lot of interior walls in newer buildings are hollow blockwork or plasterboard partition rather than solid concrete, and a fixing rated for concrete will pull straight out of plasterboard under the weight of a large screen. We check the wall type first, use anchors appropriate to it, and avoid drilling where services are likely to run. If you're renting, we can also flag what might need making good later, worth knowing before a bracket goes into a wall you don't own.

What we need for a quote

Information that speeds up your quote

  • TV size in inches, and the model if you know it
  • The wall type, if you know it, concrete, block or plasterboard
  • Whether you already have a bracket, and its type if so
  • Your preferred height and position on the wall
  • Whether you'd like cables concealed or run neatly external
  • Photos of the TV and the wall it's going on

The process

Three steps. One price. No surprises.

1

Send photos & details

Message us on WhatsApp with the TV size, wall type if known, and photos, a picture quotes far more accurately than a description.

2

Fixed price in writing

We confirm the bracket, fixings and cable arrangement, and one fixed price, before anyone visits.

3

Mounting & tidy-up

Our installer checks the wall, fits the bracket, mounts the TV level and secure, and clears any packaging before leaving.

Good to know

Before booking a mounting job

  • Check whether your building requires contractor access approval, some Dubai towers do even for a small job
  • If you're renting, ask what will need making good at the end of your tenancy
  • Have the TV and bracket, if you own one, on site before we arrive
  • Decide roughly where you want the TV before we arrive, height and viewing angle are easier to agree in the room

Questions

TV Wall Mounting Dubai, FAQ

Do I need to supply my own bracket?

Either way works. If you already have a bracket, tell us the type, fixed, tilting or full-motion, so it can be checked against your TV and wall. If you don't have one, we can advise on a suitable option, with supply confirmed as part of your quote rather than assumed.

What TV sizes can you mount?

We mount a wide range of sizes. Tell us the screen size in inches and whether it's a standard flat panel, weight affects the fixing needed, especially on plasterboard or block walls.

Can you conceal the cables in the wall?

Sometimes, it depends on the wall type and what's already running behind it, and whether the property is rented, since concealment isn't always appropriate or reversible. We discuss cable arrangement, whether concealed or run neatly external, at quote stage.

Do you check the wall type before drilling?

Always. Dubai homes mix concrete, hollow block and plasterboard partition walls, and a fixing rated for one will fail in another under the weight of a large screen. We check first and use the appropriate anchors.

Can this be booked as part of a move?

Yes, it's commonly booked alongside a house move so the TV is on the wall by the time you've settled in, or as a standalone job if you're not moving.

How is TV mounting priced?

It's quoted per job after you send photos of the TV and wall, plus the screen size and whether you have a bracket. We confirm one fixed price in writing before anyone visits.

Do you mount TVs on plasterboard or partition walls?

Yes, using anchors rated for that wall type. Many interior walls in newer Dubai buildings are hollow block or plasterboard rather than solid concrete, which is exactly why we assess the wall before choosing a fixing.
