For a home move, give the address as shown in your property documents, including Zaabeel 1 or 2 where applicable. A park or hotel landmark alone is not a residential delivery address, and similarly named developments should not be treated as the same property.

For a tower, map the loading-to-apartment route

Confirm the permitted loading entrance, vehicle clearance, goods lift, floor and corridor turns with your building manager. Provide the confirmed moving slot at both addresses. If the property has a separate visitor or hotel entrance, ask which route moving crews may actually use; public guest access does not establish permission for furniture delivery.
